Kingal Dave, the singer of the song Char Bangadi vari Audi, is known throughout Gujarat with his sweet voice and voice. The Kinjal is currently conducting 12 commerce board exams, is a native of North Gujarat. Kinjal’s grandfather associated with farming lives in Jasanpura village of Patan. However, for the last several years, the family who has come to Ahmedabad for business has been living here for some time now. Char Bangadiwari Gadi – A Big controversial song

It was a bad time for Kinjal Dave, who became famous in the country and abroad for his song ‘Char Bangadiwali Gaadi’, when he got the bad news that he could never sing this song again. Singer Kinjal Dave has been ordered by a commercial court in Ahmedabad not to sing the song in any commercial program till January 22 following a lawsuit filed by an artist known as the Kathiawadi King of Australia. Not only that, the court also ordered the removal of the popular song from YouTube as well as social media and the song will no longer be seen on any platform.

The whole point was that a Gujarati artist known as Kathiawadi King in Australia claimed that he wrote and sang this song. However, Kinjal Dave has made some changes in it and added this song to his name. He made this song and uploaded it on YouTube in 2016. The song has given Kinjal Dave a lot of popularity, but he has not got any credit for it. On the other hand, after the whole matter reached the court, the court has imposed an interim ban on Kinjal Dave from singing this song till January 22. The court will decide in its final decision whether Kinjal will be able to sing this song in the future. This is the first case in the country where a court has ordered an artist not to sing a specific song in violation of copyright. It is worth mentioning here that in every program, singer Kinjal Dave sings the song ‘Char Bangadiwala Gaadi’. Not only that, DJs also play this song at weddings. It was because of this mourning that Kinjal Dave became famous overnight
